Antoine Torelli has developed an expertise in European affairs with a recent particular interest in European structural and investment funds and cross-border cooperation. He conducted a study as research assistant at the University of Geneva on regional policy in Europe and investigated the area of autonomous competence of federal states and regions with legislative powers in other EU members. The aim of the research was to establish a Senate of regions at the European level to improve the institutional representation of local authorities.

Prior to joining Technopolis group, Antoine did a traineeship at the European Commission’s representation in France.  During this time, he analyzed the economic consequences of Brexit in France. Antoine obtained a Bachelor degree in International relations and a Master’s degree in European studies from the University of Geneva. He is currently finalizing a Master’s degree in European affairs and local authorities at the University of Lorraine. He is fluent in French and has advanced knowledge in English and Spanish.
