SME Innovation Financing Facility
This study was commissioned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to assist in developing a new financial product in the form of credit lines to SME and mid-caps to encourage private sector-led innovation in Latvia and Romania and help these countries move higher on the EU’s Innovation Union Scoreboard.
