Kleitia joined Technopolis Group as a Consultant based in the Amsterdam office. She is a Master of Science graduate from London School of Economics in European Politics and Governance and has also studied in Oxford, Rome and Brussels.
Kleitia applies her research, management and communication skills in the fields of competition, innovation and entrepreneurship. She has conducted numerous studies and projects on behalf of various European Commission Directorate-Generals and agencies, such as DG EAC, DG RTD, EASME, DG CONNECT, DG AGRI as well as the OECD. Her interest and experience include projects on innovation policy, sharing economy, (inclusive) entrepreneurship, start-ups, access to finance (crowdfunding), SME-policy and creative economy.
Kleitia has expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods such as setting up and analysing surveys and data, organising focus groups and workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews and writing reports. Kleitia is also an experienced public speaker, having presented studies in various conferences.
Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Kleitia worked as a consultant at IDEA Consult in Brussels. She also completed the Policy Officer Traineeship at the European Commission, working with the SME and Financial Instrument Unit of DG RTD on fostering access to finance for innovation. Previously, Kleitia worked for three year with cultural institutions such as Europa Nostra, Manifesta Foundation and DutchCulture, and has a vast experience in the cultural sector.
She is a Master of Science graduate from London School of Economics in European Politics and Governance and has also studied in Oxford, Rome and Brussels. Having lived in numerous countries -Italy, United Kingdom, Belgium, The Netherlands, the United States and her native country, Albania, she considers herself to be a world citizen. She is fluent in English, Italian, Albanian, has a basic understanding of Spanish and French and is improving her Dutch.
