Apolline Terrier is a consultant at Technopolis Group. She has specialised in the analysis and evaluation of public policies and human development issues. She is working on evaluations in various fields such as research, health, development and communication. She was recently involved in the evaluation of the Federal Scientific Institutes of the Federal Science Policy of Belgium (Belspo), the evaluation of the COSME programme (DG GROW) and the Strategic Advice for the implementation of an EBP plan in Belgium (Ministry of Health/KCE). She has also contributed to several monitoring and evaluation studies on communication.
She is currently involved in the study on Future Digital Health in EU (ESPON), conducts a health sector study of Belgium for the EIB, works on the Evaluation of the French contribution to multi-donor trust funds for countries in a crisis or post-crisis context (MoFA) and on the Evaluation of the Investment Plan campaign (DG COMM). Apolline has experience in conducting evaluations in national, European and international contexts.
Apolline holds a MSc in Public Policy from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and UNU-MERIT and a Master’s Degree in Human Development from the Catholic University of Louvain. She had previously obtained a bachelor degree in Law from the Nancy II University. She works in French and English.
