Apolline Terrier is a consultant at the Brussels office of Technopolis Group. She has developed expertise in the analysis and evaluation of public policies and human development issues. She is working in various fields and has experience conducting evaluations in national, European and international contexts.
Apolline currently conducts a Pilot project to measure social progress in the European Regions (DG REGIO). She contributes to the Evaluation of investments in Research and Technological Development (RTD) infrastructures and activities supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the period 2007-2013 (DG REGIO). She was recently involved in the Future Digital Health in EU (ESPON) and in the Assessment study of the Urban Agenda for the EU (DG REGIO). At the national level, she wrote the Feasibility Study for a Joint STEM Industrial Research and Development Facility in Rwanda (Belgium Development Agency).
Apolline holds a MSc in Public Policy from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and UNU- MERIT with a specialization in social protection policy design and financing. She had previously obtained a master’s degree in Human Development from the Catholic University of Louvain and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Nancy II University. She works in French and English.
