Paula Cabrera works as a junior consultant at Technopolis Group, Colombia. Her skills include desk research, impact assessments, descriptive statistics, benchmarking studies, and policy design, among others.
Recently Paula has contributed to the evaluation of the health research fund of Bogota and the design formulation of Science Technology and Innovation (STI) policy in health for Bogotá health Secretariat. She has also supported the evaluation of the CARICOM Development Fund (CDF) by contributing to the qualitative analysis.
Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Paula worked for the Institute for Health Policy Studies (IEPS) and in PsyCurio. During her time at IEPS she worked for the goal of reaching high-quality service in health by delivering evidence-based policy making. As, she did on PsyCurio by focusing on fundraising, research, and regulation.
Paula obtained her BA diploma in Government and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. She obtained a Masters degree in Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin, Germany. She is a native speaker of Spanish and fluent in English and Portuguese. She has proficient knowledge of French and a basic command of German.
