Federico Caputo (from Rome, Italy) joined in January 2023 the office management of Technopolis in Amsterdam.

He provides general administrative and organization assistance including human resource tasks to the consultants. Together with Diana Martorino and Roos Roelofs he forms the office management team of Amsterdam.

Prior to joining Technopolis he worked for almost 5 years like “HR specialist” in Almere for an international company.

Originally, Federico came in the NL to study architecture, he worked as architect few years. From 2008 he explored the “office world”, with several work experiences (sales admin, back-office assistant etc) until find that HR / officer position the most appropriate.

Due his international background, he speaks several languages (English, Dutch, Polish, Spanish).

He has big passion for Music, Art and digital graphic.
