Apolline Terrier is a consultant at Technopolis Group. She has specialised in the analysis and evaluation of public policies and human development issues. She is working on evaluations in various fields such as industry, energy, research and communication. She is currently involved in the Federal Scientific Establishment Evaluation of the Federal Science Policy of Belgium (Belspo), Study supporting the Fitness Check on the most important chemicals legislation (DG ENV) and the ESS ERIC Impact Study. Over the course of 2016 she worked on other evaluations: the assessment of the Pilot Project “Transversal communication on EU policies related to Environment: Pilot project to tackle environmental awareness deficit of EU citizens” (DG ENV), the evaluation of 2016 Green Week (DG ENV) and the European Energy Regulatory Barriers on Innovation (DG RTD).
Apolline has expertise in policy design and qualitative policy analysis, which qualifies her to implement methods and tools including online questionnaires, interviews, literature review, comparative analyses and case studies. She is also familiar with quantitative techniques and data analysis.
Apolline holds a MSc in Public Policy from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and UNU-MERIT and a Master’s Degree in Human Development from the Catholic University of Louvain. She had previously obtained a law degree from the Nancy II University.
