Teresa joined Arctik as a Communication Consultant in February 2024.

Before joining Arctik she worked in several think tanks in Brussels in diverse areas; here she was working on communication. Then, she had an internship at the European Parliament in the European Parliamentary Research Service.

Teresa holds a BA in Politics with a concentration on Post-colonialism from Goldsmiths, University of London and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Groningen. Her MA thesis focused on the power dynamics in the relationship between Angola and China.

She is a Portuguese native speaker and fluent in English. She has a solid understanding of French and Spanish.
