Hannah Bernard is a Senior Consultant based at the Brussels office of Technopolis Group, where she works on the monitoring and evaluation of innovation policies. She specialises in quantitative research methods and has experience in advanced statistics, monitoring frameworks and economic analyses. She is familiar with multiple data collection methods, including interviews, surveys, multiple private and public databases, exploration of alternative data sources.

Hannah has built a sound knowledge of the European R&I ecosystems and policies. She is currently leading the CORDA-based data analyses for the Evaluation of the Framework Programmes contribution to the Digital and Industrial Transition (DG RTD). She co-manages the benchmarking study of the RTO International Network (EARTO), including the development of the analytical framework and the data collection and treatment. She also contributed to the development of innovative indicators and of composite indices for the European Monitor of Industrial Ecosystems and the Advanced Technology for Industry projects (DG GROW). In addition to her work at Technopolis, Hannah is a teaching assistant for the course of Introduction to Microeconomics at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

Hannah graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in “Economic Analysis and European policies”. She speaks French and English fluently and has a basic level of Spanish and Dutch.
