Morgane Veillet Lavallée is a Senior Consultant in the Parisian office of Technopolis Group. She has developed expertise in public policy analysis and evaluation, with a particular interest in Science, Technology and Innovation (STI), sustainable regional development and the circular economy. She contributes to evidence-based policy making for regional authorities, national ministries and agencies as well as European and international organisations.

She is experienced in applying various qualitative and quantitative methodologies to her research (interviews, surveys, data analysis, interactive workshops) and formulating policy recommendations. Recently, Morgane contributed to impact evaluations of French and European STI programmes, as well as the evaluation and preparation of future ERDF/ESF Operational Programmes in France and Belgium. She also works on the impact assessment of the European Commission’s Sustainable Product Initiative (SBI), a key pillar of the circular economy transition in Europe.

Morgane is regularly involved in the Technopolis business units in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is currently leading the External evaluation of the CLEAR project on behalf of the Office for Climate Education (OCE) in Mexico and Colombia.

Morgane graduated from SciencesPo Paris (France) and the University of Exeter (UK). Before she joined Technopolis Group, Morgane worked as a policy consultant for inno TSD (now GAC Group). She worked for one year as a business development intern for Grupo Peñaflor in Argentina, where she was in charge of developing new business opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. She was also an intern in the Mergers unit in the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission.

Morgane is fluent in English and in French and has a professional command of Spanish.
