Morgane Veillet Lavallée
Morgane Veillet Lavallée is a consultant in the Paris office of Technopolis Group. Morgane is specialised in public policy evaluation in the fields of innovation and research at a regional, national and European level. Morgane also works on transregional cooperation projects between the European Union and Latin America.
Recently, Morgane has contributed to several impact evaluations of French and European R&I programmes (Evaluation and Impact Analysis of the Joint Programming Initiative on Nutrition, JPI HDHL, National Research Agency, Evaluation of investments in infrastructure and research and technological development (RTD) activities supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the period 2007-2013…). She is also actively involved in the evaluation and preparation of future ERDF/ESF Operational Programmes in France and Belgium notably. She is experienced in applying various qualitative and quantitative methodologies to her research (interviews, surveys, data analysis, interactive workshops).
In the past, Morgane has organised and managed workshops for large cooperation projects on behalf of international organisations, such as the European Commission. In September 2017, she organised a matchmaking event for cluster organisations on behalf of EASME (Executive Agency of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises), in which a delegation of 50 clusters from all over Europe participated. She has proven project management skills in multicultural environments.
Morgane graduated from SciencesPo Paris (France) and the University of Exeter (UK). Before she joined Technopolis Group, Morgane was a consultant in innovation policies and regional economic development at inno TSD. She was also a business development intern, in charge of developing new business opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa, for Grupo Peñaflor in Argentina, and an intern in Mergers at DG COMP of the European Commission.
Morgane is fluent in English and in French and has a professional command of Spanish.
