Mathieu Boulestreau joined the French office of Technopolis Group in 2019 as a consultant. Specialised in the Healthcare sector and in financial instruments, Mathieu has a strong background in strategy, project management, international development and cooperation. Mathieu developed solid competences in quantitative and qualitative evaluation analyses. He also has experience in innovation and digital issues. He took part in a study on medicine shortages in Europe, on potential international cooperation on cancer research and in the evaluation of the financial instruments and innovation strategies of French regions, in the evaluation of the AFD Action in New-Caledonia as well as of the French fund for humanitarian emergencies and of the FIRST World Bank project, supporting innovation in Vietnam. He also participated to the implementation of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank’s climate change strategy.

Having realised numerous European benchmarks in healthcare and financial instruments, and worked at a regulatory level in pharmaceutics in the European Commission, he masters comparative analyses and study redaction.

Before joining Technopolis, Mathieu worked as part of the Healthcare Public Sector team in PwC France and as a trainee in the ‘Antitrust in Pharmaceuticals’ team of DG Competition at the European Commission where he developed a knowledge of European regulation in pharmaceuticals and on European national healthcare systems. 

Graduated from Sciences Po Paris in Public Affairs and HEC Paris in Public and Private Management, Mathieu works in French and English and masters Spanish.
