Greta Lotz

Greta Lotz is a Research Assistant at the Frankfurt office of the Technopolis Group. She supports the work of the team in all aspects, especially in researching background information, developing, implementing, and evaluating surveys, writing reports and project management.

She is currently supporting the accompanying evaluation of the innovation program for business models and pioneer solutions for the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), where she is involved in the preparation and implementation of interviews, as well as data collection and analysis. In addition, Greta Lotz is collaborating on the ex-ante analysis for the funding program “INVEST- Zuschuss für Wagniskapital”, also for the BMWi, where she is conducting desk research.

Before joining Technopolis, she completed internships at the Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C., and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW). Greta completed her bachelor’s degree in political science and economics at Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster, Germany. As part of her bachelor’s degree, she spent a semester abroad at American University in Washington, D.C., USA. She will continue her studies in the fall of 2022 with a master’s degree. She is a German native speaker, fluent in English and has knowledge of French.
