Emilia Goessler works as an analyst in the Berlin office of the Technopolis Group with a focus on international cooperation, higher education and social innovation. She is experienced in a range of methods such as literature reviews, interviews, surveys and case studies.

Currently, Emilia is working on several projects for German and European public bodies. For example, she is contributing to the strategic evaluation of the German Development Agency’s (GIZ) cooperation with academia by conducting a literature review and a quantitative and qualitative data analysis using Atlas.ti. In addition, she is part of the team supporting the AU-EU high-level policy dialogue (HLPD) on Science, Technology and Innovation, as well as an evaluation for the German Federal Foreign Office.

Before joining Technopolis, Emilia worked for a global network of NGOs in the education sector, contributing to research, policy briefs and event planning, among other activities.

Emilia holds a Bachelor of Arts from University College Maastricht, the honours’ college of Maastricht University. She is a German and English native speaker and has advanced knowledge of French.
