Hélène Beaujet has developed expertise in public policy evaluation and research projects, with a strong focus on public health at both the European and national levels. She has experience in designing data collection tools and carrying out desk research (document and literature reviews) and fieldwork (surveys, interviews, focus groups…). She has strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills, as well as experience in interpreting, analysing and triangulating evidence to draw insights and develop recommendations to improve public policies.
Recently Hélène has contributed to several studies and evaluations for EU institutions such as DG SANTE and HaDEA. For example, she managed a study on the European ‘One Health Action Plan against Antimicrobial Resistance’ and another on ‘smoke-free environments and advertising of tobacco and related products’. She also participated in a study supporting the final evaluation of the ‘3rd Health Programme 2014-2020’.
Before joining Technopolis Group, Hélène worked for the UK National Audit Office as well as Mazars, where she respectively gained a good understanding of the issues faced by the UK and French national health and medicosocial systems (financial sustainability, integrated care, health workforce…).
Hélène holds a Masters degree in ‘Economics and Public Policy’ from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris, as well as a Bachelors degree in ‘Life Sciences’. She is a native French speaker with an excellent command of English, and she has a good understanding of Italian.
