Evaluation of the SPACE R&D Programme (PIA Espace)

The evaluation of the Space programme covered some thirty space-related projects (launchers, satellites, earth observation and data enhancement projects). The work consisted of evaluating the relevance and effectiveness of the programme (process, governance, project selection and monitoring, results and impacts and projects). The study was based on interviews (100), a survey of beneficiaries and a technological and industrial analysis of a selection of projects.
