Lisanne Saes is a senior consultant at Technopolis Group in Amsterdam with expertise in energy saving, renewable energy, the circular economy and innovation policy. Her experience includes executing and coordinating impact studies, strategic studies, evaluations and sustainability projects. She uses both qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews and stakeholder workshops. Lisanne is innovative and goal oriented.

At Technopolis, she works mainly on the theme of ‚green economy‘. For example, she was project leader of a feasibility study on the energy goals of the province of North Brabant and a study on the impact of CIRCO (circular design workshops) on CO₂ reduction. She also wrote the Dutch report for the eco-innovation scores and helped in setting up the Blue Bioeconomy Forum. She also works a lot in the field of innovation, such as the development of the Regional Innovation Strategy (RIS3) for the Eastern Netherlands and a quick scan of the innovation and trade opportunities for the Dutch ICT sector in Germany.

Before working at Technopolis, Lisanne worked for Liander, a Dutch utility company that distributes electricity and gas. She worked in the Strategy & Innovation department as a project leader for sustainability projects and gave policy advice on sustainability. Lisanne completed her Bachelor and Master Innovation Sciences at Eindhoven University of Technology, where she specialized in sustainable innovation. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
