Karen Henderson is British and joined Technopolis as the Office Manager in August 1997.  She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Economics and a Diploma in Economics.  Karen has strong administrative and management skills having worked in that capacity for many years.

Karen has overall responsibility for internal administration, finance, business reporting and project management systems and maintains Technopolis’ quality procedures.

In addition to working on specific projects, including involvement as the coordinator for a number of contracts and framework contracts, Karen has responsibility for the project management of proposals, expressions of interest and calls for applications across the breadth of client organisations such as the European Commission and UK public bodies.  She is an experienced facilitator and has participated in the management and organisation of various regional, national and international meetings and workshops.
