Corentin Pécot is a policy analyst at the Brussels office of Technopolis Group.
As a member of the evaluation team, he works on policy assessments, evaluations and studies related to EU-wide public policies. He is familiar with a range of data collection tools (stakeholder consultations including interviews and online surveys, desk research and literature review) and analytical methods (case studies, portfolio analysis, descriptive statistics and econometrics).
He is contributing to the Knowledge Ecosystem Project, investigating the futher developments of the European Research Area and the European Education Area (DG RTD). He is also involved in the Study on the Citizens’ panels, as part of the Conference on the Future of Europe (DG COMM).
Until recently, he took part in the evaluation of the thematic axis 3 “Territorial intelligence”, 4 “Low carbon transition”, 5 “Integrated urban development” and 6 “Competences” to the objectives of the ERDF operational programme in Wallonia (SPW).
Before joining Technopolis Group, he has developed professional experiences in fields of international business cooperation (French Chamber of Commerce in Morocco) regional development and cohesion policies of the EU (Region Bretagne, France) and fundamental research (assistant in EU3D, a European consortium of researchers from the CNRS, Kontanz Universität and LUISS – EU3D).
He is graduated from a double master’s degree in European Studies / Politics and Public Administration from Sciences Po Grenoble in France and Konstanz Universität in Germany. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political sciences from Sciences Po Grenoble. He works in English and in French and has intermediate levels of Spanish and German.
