Technopolis UK has been commissioned to explore how to best define and measure the digital economy by the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology in the UK.
The degree of digitalisation in the economy has increased dramatically over the past decade, leading to an evolution of the definition of the “digital economy” and this project well shed light into how best capture this complex and evolving topic, learning from international best practice.
