Lisa Pschorn is a Berlin based analyst working primarily in the National Office of the “Business Initiative Smart Living” operated by the Technopolis Group on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
Lisa has developed expertise in public affairs and project management mainly in the policy fields of energy and technology. She is well-trained in writing position papers, reports and opinion pieces. Through her initial career, she has successully applied surveys, case studies, desk research, literature reviews, as well as, statistical analyses.
Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Lisa worked in the Strategy and Innovation Unit of the European Parliamentary Research Service in Brussels where she contributed to the dissemination of publications on a broad range of topics including the impact of technologies on society and politics. During this time, she supported establishing and managing strategic partnership with representatives from politics, industry, society and academia. Previously, Lisa was an intern and project assistant in two public affairs consultancies in Berlin focussing on policy monitoring and analysis, communication strategy development and stakeholder engagement in Germany and the EU. She has also interned in the private sector and regional governments.
Lisa holds a joint master’s degree in Contemporary European Studies from the Universities of Bath, Prague and Berlin and a bachelor’s degree in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Passau. She is a certified project manager by IPMA and GPM and a Professional Scrum Master. Lisa is fluent in German and English and has knowledge in French and Spanish.
