Khadija Berrada is a Senior consultant for the Brussels office of Technopolis Group. Specialised in the analysis and evaluation of public policies and development programs, Khadija can contribute to the development and implementation of methodologies and techniques at the core of the group project thematic areas. She is familiar with a range of data collection tools (stakeholder consultations including interviews and online surveys, literature review) and analytical methods (logical framework analysis, case studies, portfolio analysis). She holds 6 years of experience with a focus on the evaluation and impact analyses of European, national, and regional policies, and evaluations in the field of policy communication.

Since she joined Technopolis Group, she has been involved in a broad range of evaluation and studies. In the framework of the evaluation study on the Framework Program for Research and Innovation for addressing Global Challenges and Industrial Competitiveness (focus on activities for the Digital and Industrial Transition), she provided support in Key Digital Technologies and Photonics. Furthermore, she also contributed to the study on the Citizens Panels as part of the Conference on the Future of Europe where the aim was to monitor and evaluate the inclusiveness, effectiveness, and impact of the Citizens’ Panels.

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Khadija worked for two years at a Belgian consultancy specialised in the evaluation of policies and programs, mostly in developing countries. During this time, she contributed to several evaluations and impact assessments such as the impact evaluation of a program aiming at promoting women’s entrepreneurship in Morocco or the design of an M&E system for a project against deforestation in Ivory Coast. She holds previous experience working for a European instutition (the European Investment Bank – organising the Social Innovation Tournament), as well as the United Nations (working for the International Organisations for Migrations in Morocco),

She holds two master’s degrees, in Evidenced-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation (University of Oxford) and in Political Economy and International Migrations (King’s College London). She is a native French and Arabic speaker. She is fluent in English and has a basic level in Spanish and Dutch.
