Teresa Moreno joined Technopolis France as a consultant in September 2021. She has developed an interest in innovation, technology deployment, regional development and researchers mobility and careers. She has run policy analysis and impact assessment studies for regional and European organisations. Teresa has developed expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods including data analysis and presentation, survey designing and analysis, conducting interviews, desk research, benchmarking studies, and workshop facilitation.

Teresa has worked on European and Walloon studies. Recently she was involved among others in a study regarding the New European Research Area commissioned by DG RTD. She also participated in “Monitoring digital transformation and key enabling technologies”, a project focussing on Advanced Technologies for Industry launched by DG GROWTH. At the regional level, Teresa also contributed to the development of Smart Specialisation of the Walloon region in Belgium. In addition, Teresa worked on impact studies and interregional collaboration studies for regional and European bodies.

Before joining Technopolis Group, Teresa worked for a Brussels-based consultancy in public policies in the field of innovation, competitiveness and technology deployment as well as human capital and regional development. She worked on the above-mentioned projects for public clients such as the European Commission and the Walloon Public Service.

Teresa studied in Maastricht University a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business Economics with a focus on public economics. She obtained a Master in Policy Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, in The Netherlands. She is fluent in Spanish, French and English and has some knowledge of Dutch.
