Evaluation Midterm Review of PSD

This MTR served as an insight into the functioning and effectiveness of PSD Apps. It also served as an in-depth look at the collaboration of PSD coaches and Dutch embassies in the 68 PSD Apps countries. The MTR was intended to measure the results of the projects on both output and outcome level. This MTR therefore had the following three primary objectives: 1. To gain insight into the achieved results of the PSD Apps programme and how the results relate to the policy objectives; 2. to draw lessons from practice to further improve policy and to contribute to the design of PSD Apps 2.0; and 3. provide input for the IOB policy evaluation of Aid, Trade and Investment due in 2020.
