The Technology Foundation STW is the Dutch Research Council for the Technical Sciences. On behalf of the Ministry of Economic affairs and NWO Technopolis Group will evaluate STW. The scope of the evaluation is both ex post (effectiveness and efficiency in the past period) and ex ante. The emphasis is on the future positioning of STW as STW will be integrated into the new NWO organisation.. The evaluation comprises a mix of methodologies: data-analysis, econometric analysis, interviews, surveys, stakeholder workshops.
