Guillaume Dion has developed expertise in innovation management and public policies that aim at supporting R&D activities. For several years, he has supported student entrepreneurs and tech-entrepreneurs in funding their start-up through mentorship programmes and has also provided consultancy services for various grant applications. In the meantime, Guillaume participated in the automatic mapping of start-up ecosystems for a French public agency, applying both his mathematical and economic knowledge.
Guillaume graduated as an engineer from the Institut Mines-Telecom and later he obtained a Master’s degree in economy from the Université Paris-Dauphine. He can work both in English and French-speaking environments.
