Anneloes de Ruiter MA, is a consultant at Technopolis Group, based in Amsterdam. She has a strong methodological background in public policy and programme evaluations and has experience working across cultural and national frameworks. Her interests include healthcare, higher education and economic development policies.
Recently, Anneloes has contributed to several studies at both the EU and national level. She was involved in the evaluation of EU legislation regarding the medical devices industry and performed a benchmark study for The Netherlands. She also participated in the EU-wide evaluation of the Marie Sklodoswka Curie Actions, interviewing national stakeholders. At the national level, Anneloes contributed to the evaluation of six scientific research institutes in the Netherlands, commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Anneloes gained experience as a consultant during her time with the Hungarian Association for Migrants. There she provided research and advice on streamlining measures of integration into a standardised, EU methodological framework. In addition, when interning with the Budapest Institute for Public Policy, she gained experience in evaluating EU policies on labour economics across various national and institutional settings.
Anneloes obtained her undergraduate diploma in Policy Science from Leiden University College, The Hague. She completed her Master’s degree in Public Policy at Central European University, Budapest. Anneloes is fluent in English and Dutch and has a good command of French.
