Alexandre Lotito is an analyst at Technopolis Group. He has specialised in methodology and techniques of public policy evaluations. He was recently involved in the evaluation of the performance of EC communication for the Investment Plan for Europe (EC – DG COMM), the evaluation of the European Green Week 2018 (EC – DG ENV) and worked on the Socio-economic impact (SEI) assessment of selected ESA telecommunication Public Private Partnerships (European Space Agency).
Alexandre is currently involved in the evaluation of the European Road Safety Charter (EC – DG MOVE), the evaluation of the European Mobility Week (EC – DG MOVE) and the study on the performance of the Europe Direct Contact Centre (EC – DG COMM).
Alexandre holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Lyon Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po Lyon) with a specialisation in monitoring and evaluation. His master thesis explored the potential dialogue between the realist approach of evaluation and narrative theory. He had previously obtained a Master’s Degree in International Relations, Security and Defense from the University Jean Moulin – Lyon III and a bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from the University Lumière – Lyon II. He works in French and English, and have a good knowledge of Italian.
