Policy monitoring and policy learning

Since the early 2000s, we have designed and managed a series of policy monitoring and policy learning platforms, notably for the European Commission, that enable decision-makers and stakeholders to become familiar with and compare policy developments across countries and regions.

We undertook pioneering work on benchmarking policy performance, governance and specific policy initiatives such as the Innovation TrendChart, ERAWATCH, the regional innovation monitor and the eco-innovation observatory, the H2020 Policy Support Facility (DG RTD), the Digital Cities Challenge (DG GROW), or the European Resource Efficiency Knowledge Centre (EASME)…

These platforms target policy-makers, cities and regions, or SMEs across Europe and beyond.

Thanks to our networks of experts, we prepare analytical reports on policy trends and practices, we source good practice examples, we provide technical assistance services to stakeholders, we organise stakeholders’ engagement activities and we manage related communication activities to raise awareness across Europe and beyond on good policy and best practices.
