This event is targeted at EU STI policy makers from public administrations and relevant stakeholder from academia, industry and citizen organizations interested or involved in STI policy making.

This event will provide you with the opportunity to learn more about this project and how you can benefit from its main outcome, the IntelComp platform, an innovative platform for public administrators and policy makers across Europe for data- and evidence-driven policy design and implementation in the field of STI policy. The event will also provide you with a unique opportunity to know more about collaboration opportunities within the three domains covered by the project (Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change and Health).

Technopolis Group is leading the project’s work package on evidence-based policy modeling. The main goal of this work package is to obtain a definition of the STI ecosystems and model how to implement evidence-based policy modeling for the whole STI process, to derive functional and technical requirements to the rest of the work packages. The outcomes of this work package will contribute to the definition and implementation of the engagement and co-creation activities in order to determine the best timing and ways to engage the relevant Public Administrations and stakeholders in the different stages of the process.

This virtual event will take place on Tuesday 27 April 2021 from 10:00 to 13:30 (CET) via Microsoft Teams and it will consist of three sessions:

  1. The European Commission STI data system and possible synergies with the IntelComp platform.
  2. Looking at the core of the platform: technologies and developments behind the IntelComp platform.
  3. The Living lab approach for co-creating the platform and STI policies in the Artificial IntelligenceI, Climate Change and Health domains.
