Mathieu BOULESTREAU joined the French office of Technopolis |group| in 2019 as a consultant. Specialised in the Healthcare sector, Mathieu has a strong background in strategy, project management, international development and cooperation, Mathieu developed solid competences in quantitative and qualitative evaluation analyses. He also has an experience in innovation and digital issues. He took part in the evaluation of the innovation strategy of Hauts-de-France and in the evaluation of the AFD Action in New-Caledonia both with a focus on healthcare as well as of the French fund for humanitarian emergencies and of the FIRST World Bank project, supporting innovation in Vietnam. He also evaluated the French national monitoring system of adverse health effects using digital solutions, and participated in the construction of a national governance for digital health terminologies in France.
Having realised a European benchmark on digital health terminologies and their governance (objectives, deployment, resources, functioning…) and worked at a regulatory level in pharmaceutics in the European Commission, he masters comparative analyses and study redaction.
Before joining Technopolis, Mathieu worked as part of the Healthcare Public Sector team in PwC France and as a trainee in the ‘Antitrust in Pharmaceuticals’ team of DG Competition at the European Commission where he developed a knowledge of European regulation in pharmaceuticals and on European national healthcare systems.
Graduated from Sciences Po Paris in Public Affairs and HEC Paris in Public and Private Management, Mathieu works in French and English and masters Spanish.
