Marie Dubus

Marie Dubus is a consultant at Technopolis. She has developed an expertise in public policy evaluation throughout diverse experiences. She has worked to develop evaluation methods in the field of behavioural sciences apllied to public policies in the French public administration and an english firm.  She has a strong knowledge and understanding of rigorous evaluations methods such as experiemental or quasi-experiemental evaluations, but also of theory based evaluations. Her skillset also covers policy reccomandations, analysis and design, with a particular emphasis on innovative methods.  

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Marie interned at the French Ministerial Direction in charge of Public Transformation (DITP) and worked as a field coordinator for the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) on the application of behavioural insights to public policies in fields such as employment, education, health and the circular economy. She then interned at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab in the Europe office (J-PAL Europe) where she worked at disseminating the main lessons and policy implications from completed research to inform public policies in Europe.  

Marie obtained her undergraduate diploma in Political Sciences and a Master in Economics and Public Policy from the the Institute of Political Studies of Paris – Sciences Po Paris. She also obtained a Master in Philosophy from Sorbonne University in Paris. She is fluent in English and French and has a basic knowledge of German.
