Lina Gabriela Ramírez is a consultant at Technopolis Bogotá. She has developed expertise in topics related to monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning to demonstrate the effects of public policies and humanitarian intervention. During her Masters degree and previous work experiences, she has applied successfully skills for desk research, interpretive policy analysis, Logical Framework Approach, case studies and international benchmarking.

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Lina participed in different consultancies for the national and sub-national Government of Colombia (Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and Cundinamarca Department), IGOs (International Labour Organisation and UNESCO) and colombian NGOs (Fondo Acción and Compaz). Specifically at Technopolis, she has participated in the analysis of Colombia’s research infrastructure capabilities.

Lina obtained her bachelor degree in Government & International Relations and Masters degree in Management of Development at the Externado de Colombia University. As a part of these studies, she travelled to Spain and Czech Republic to participate of exchange programs at Deusto University (Bilbao) and Palacký University (Olomouc). She is a native Spanish speaker, is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of French.
