Helen Garber is an Analyst in the Berlin office of the Technopolis Group, where she focuses on the green economy field of Technopolis Germany. Apart from her analytical and scientific skills, she is experienced in evaluating quantitative data, as well as designing and conducting surveys.

Helen has made significant contributions to projects for both EU and national public sector clients and is engaged in topics regarding the EU’s and Germany’s transition to climate neutrality. This includes a project supporting the analysis of the public consultation for setting the EU greenhouse gas emission reduction target for 2040 and a meta-analysis concerning the environmental effects of digitalisation for Germany.

Helen studied Psychology, M.Sc, at the Technische Universität Dresden with a focus on environmental and political research questions. She holds a bachelor´s degree in Psychology from the Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen. Throughout her academic journey, Helen gained valuable international experience through study and work opportunities in the USA and Ireland.
