Agis Evrigenis is the Director of Technopolis Group Belgium sprl.

Agis draws upon sustained experience of managing large and complex framework contracts and delivering EU funded projects. Currently, Agis is leading a €7m contract for the provision of evaluations of EU programmes, legislation, policies and other activities for DG GROW, and the €10m Policy Support Facility for DG RTD. Previously, he managed the ERAWATCH Network ASBL, delivering a FWC of €10m with the JRC to support evidence-based policy-making in the context of the European Research Area.

Agis has a solid track record in strategic market development and business acquisition, while he enjoys coordinating large multicultural and diverse working groups, consortia and networks. He has participated in different studies in the sphere of science, technology and innovation for the European Commission, European Parliament, national and regional governments. He has coordinated and enabled the execution of numerous evaluations, impact assessments, studies and other consulting services for a broad range of themes, policy areas and sectors, including business innovation and enterprise policy, industrial policy, RDI policy monitoring, green economy & resource efficiency, transport, chemicals and space.

Agis is an economist with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Economic and Social Sciences of Macedonia, Greece and a European Masters in Business Administration (MBA) & Total Quality Management (TQM) from the University of Piraeus, Greece. A native Greek, Agis speaks fluent English and is refreshing his French, learnt in his early years.
