This study had two specific objectives:

• Identify the technological and economic impacts on socio-economic actors (members of the Technological Research Institutes and companies present on the site of the Technological Research Institutes);
• Measure the effects on the academic environment (founders and other public research centres present on the site of the Technological Research Institutes)
