Vanina Choe is a consultant (intern) at Technopolis France. Currently studying environmental policy at Sciences Po Paris, she has a keen interest for the public sector and the decision-making process.
Prior to joining Technopolis, she worked for Cités Unies France, an association that federates the local Governments’ international action. She worked on different countries (South Korea, Mexico, Madagascar, China) and topics (territorial attractiveness and marketing), in close collaboration with local Governments but also national entities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, Ministry of Agriculture), local governments clusters (ARF, France Urbaine), the AFD and their foreign counterparts.
She is also part of CliMates, an international think-and-do tank which promotes education on environmental issues. Within this association, she is the project coach of the Collectif Démarqué, a group of youngsters that aims to raise awareness on the fashion industry’s social and environmental impacts, and advocate a more thoughtful clothing consumption. On this occasion, she was selected by C40 Cities to represent the Collectif Démarqué within the Women4Climate Paris programme.
Vanina holds a Bachelor degree in Business and English language and Civilisation from the University Paris X Nanterre (France) and she completed an exchange semester in the Fachhochschule Kufstein FH Tirol (Austria).
Vanina is fluent in French and English, and is knowledgeable in Spanish and Korean.
