Loïc Perroud is based in the Brussels office of Technopolis Group. He has specialised in the methodology and techniques of public policy evaluations and therefore focuses on evaluation studies. He is interested in higher education and research issues but also works on economics-related topics (SMEs, regional development).
Loïc is working currently on the evalaution of the Federal Scientific Institutes commissioned by the Federal Science Policy of Belgium (BELSPO). He also participates in the European Social Survey impact study (ESS ERIC), on the evaluation of EUIPO’s Observatory (DG GROW) and the evaluation of the COSME programme (DG GROW).
Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Loïc did a 6-month internship at Aide à la Décision Economique (ADE s.a.). As a member of their evaluation department, he worked on projects in the field of development and cooperation: evaluation of blending (DG DEVCO), evaluation of joint programming (DG DEVCO) and a scoping study on agricultural risk-mitigation strategies (3ie).
Loïc holds a Master of Arts in political sciences, with a specialisation both in research and public policy evaluation, from Université Lumière Lyon 2/Sciences Po Lyon. He previously obtained a degree in economics and political sciences. Loïc is French, he is fluent in English and has notions in Italian.
