Karine Lanoix is a senior consultant specialising in the definition of development strategies. She joined Technopolis Group in May 2016. She has worked in different companies and public entities (in France, Spain and Switzerland) in mainly three domains: advising clients in the private and public spheres, managing projects, and developing institutional relations.
During different assignments, Karine has developed the following technical skills: prospective and territory projects; observe the trends, and weak signals for territories attractiveness; writing action plans; benchmarking; conduct seminars and consultation workshops, build and follow up partnerships; elected members coaching.
She advises the French State (Ministries of Economy and Defense) and many local authorities in the definition and implementation of their development strategies and prospective attractiveness and territorial marketing. and she has completed quantitative and qualitative research projects on the B to B market on several industry sectors.
Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Karine worked for 7 years for Sofred Consultants in the following focus areas: public policy, competitiveness and development of SMEs, and groups’ transformation projects. Prior to this, she worked for a Local Authority in Paris Region, the Invest in France Agency (Foreign Direct Investment – Government Agency) in Zürich in Switzerland, and the French Swiss Chamber of Commerce (also in Zürich).
A graduate in Law and International Business Relations, she has lived 8 years in Germany and three years in Switzerland. Karine is fluent in French and English, and has advanced knowledge of German.
