Anders Håkansson holds a Master in Political Sciences and a Master of Education, both from Stockholm University, Sweden. Anders is fluent in Swedish and English; works well in Norwegian and has a good understanding of Danish.
Anders was an upper secondary school teacher before continuing his academic studies in political sciences. He started at Technopolis as an intern in 2010 and became a full time member of the team in 2011.
From his studies and working life as a teacher, Anders has obtained a good understanding of the Swedish education system. Anders’ main field of interest in recent years has been research, education and innovation policy. He has worked on several assignments related to education policy and entrepreneurship.
Anders has contributed to over 30 R&D&I programme evaluations and impact assessments on behalf of several Nordic and European research funding bodies, for example: the European Commission, NordForsk, Tekes, Research Council Norway, VINNOVA and the Swedish Energy Agency.
