The Swedish company was founded in 1992 and joined the Technopolis Group in 2004. Its ambition is to help its clients lay the foundations for evidence-based policy development and informed decision-making in research, innovation and higher education. We do this through evaluations, studies and advisory services.  We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and providing valuable opportunities for learning. We believe that our strength lies in the combination of methodological skills with domain expertise in a range of sectors and industries. We have a long and solid track record in studying higher education institutions as well as research and innovation collaboration between universities, research institutes, public sector and industry. Our expertise is on sustainable energy – both renewable energy generation and energy efficiency – is particularly extensive.

The majority of our clients are government agencies and ministries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, but a fair share of our clients are international organisations.
