Hindamine

Technopolis viib läbi hindamisi poliitikate ja programmide, teaduskeskuste, teadust rahastavate organisatsioonide, koostöövõrgustike organisatsioonide ning muude riiklike uurimis- ja innovatsioonisüsteemide kohta. Hindamiste hulgas on programmide ja poliitikate eelhindamised (ex-ante impact assessments), vahehindamised, eksperthindamised (peer-reviews), järelhindamised (ex-post evaluations) ning lühikese ja pika perioodi mõjude hindamised. Ulatuslik rahvusvaheline kogemus võimaldab meil anda hinnanguid nii projekti, programmi, nn. portfelli, institutsiooni kui ka innovatsioonisüsteemi tasanditel.

Meie meeskond valdab kaasaegseid kvalitatiivseid ja kvantitatiivseid uurimis- ja analüüsi meetodeid ning uuendab pidevalt oma analüüsivahendeid ja -võtteid. Aitame välja töötada mõõdikuid ja seiresüsteeme hindamisraamistike koostamiseks. Jagame oma kogemusi, koolitades poliitikakujundajaid ja praktikuid hindamise alal ning seostame hindamistulemused konkreetse programmi, poliitika ja organisatsioonilise ümberkujundamisega.
