Our clients in the region include national governments and public agencies (e.g. Corporación de Fomento CORFO and the Consejo Nacional de Innovación para el Desarrollo in Chile, the Instituto Nacional de Ecología y Cambio Climático in Mexico, and the Departamento Administrativo de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación COLCIENCIAS in Colombia; bilateral and multilateral donors (e.g. Inter-American Development Bank, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom – FCO, and the European Union); and local agencies and innovations stakeholders (Ruta N Medellín in Colombia, Escuela Superior Politecnica del Litoral in Ecuador).
Examples of recent projects include the evaluation the Compete Caribbean Programme (Inter-American Devleopment Bank), the evaluation of INNPULSA’s (Colombia) innovation support programme portfolio, and a study on the Integration of Environmental Technologies into National Innovation Systems in Latin America (INECC México).
