Las organizaciones dedicadas a ciencia, investigación e innovación operan en contextos institucionales, sociales, económicos y tecnológicos cambiantes. Technopolis presta asesoría a los responsables de la toma de decisiones sobre estrategia, políticas y el diseño de nuevos instrumentos en ambientes políticos internacionales cambiantes. El equipo también asesora universidades, organizaciones de investigación y redes público-privadas en el desarrollo de estrategias, planteamiento de nuevas iniciativas o redacción de planes de negocio.

Las herramientas que usamos para la asesoría estratégica incluyen técnicas prospectivas como trazado de hojas de ruta, prospectiva tecnológica, visión de futuro, técnicas para formulación de estrategias grupales, análisis DAFO, estándares de comparación, análisis de redes y muchas otras herramientas dirigidas a satisfacer necesidades específicas.
