Strategische Beratung

Für die in Wissenschaft, Forschung und Innovation tätigen Organisationen ist es charakteristisch, dass sie in sich dynamisch wandelnden institutionellen, gesellschaftlichen und technologischen Kontexten arbeiten. Technopolis berät politische Entscheidungsträger mit Blick auf ihre Strategie, Politik und das Design neuer Instrumente im sich wandelnden internationalen Politikumfeld. Das Team berät auch Universitäten, Forschungsinstitutionen und öffentlich-private Netzwerke darin, wie sie ihre Strategie entwickeln, neue Initiativen aufsetzen oder einen Businessplan schreiben können.

Zu den Methoden, die wir für die strategische Beratung einsetzen, gehören unter anderem vorausschauende Techniken wie Road Mapping, Technologie Mapping, Foresight, Techniken für die Formulierung von Gruppenstrategien, SWOT-Analysen, Benchmarks und Netzwerkanalysen.
