Our evaluation work and international comparative analyses mean we need both specialists in quantitative research methods and in qualitative research methods.

We are seeking experts to carry out national level analysis of innovation policies
involving the production of a country report and specific monitoring of policy
developments in terms of innovation policy measures, thematic briefings on specific
issues (e.g. innovation in services, IPR, etc.).
In this case we are seeking experts with at least 5 years experience of analysing
innovation policy at national and/or regional levels. Such studies could be
either academic or empirical type analysis or studies commissioned by Government
departments or agencies. You should clearly prove this experience by your
involvement in at least five studies, technical assistance or evaluation projects
in the field of innovation policies in the last 3 years.
In this case we are seeking experts with specific experience of national innovation
policies in the following countries: Belgium, Estonia, France, Hungary, Ireland,
Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey
