Technopolis Group Turkey, established in 2006, is located in the technology hot-bed of Ankara. The subsidiary provides consultancy, research and training services to national, international and regional organisations in the fields of

- Evaluation and impact assessment of policies, programmes and institutions
- Design and implementation of programmes and projects
- Comparative analyses of strategies, policies and practices across countries and organisations
Activities of the company in Turkey date back to 2005 when the former Associate
of Technopolis Group in Turkey, who is now the founder and the director of the
company, initiated and managed a project sponsored by the Group along with other
leading institutions in the country. The project 'Triggering a Cultural
Change for Innovation' has also led to the integration of innovation in
the national education curricula. The company continues proactive awareness
raising activities on innovation in Turkey.
Technopolis Group Turkey has provided services to the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Energy and Natural Sources, Board of Education of the Ministry of National Education, Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD), Turkish Education Association (TED), UNIDO, UNESCO, the World Bank, Small and Medium Industry Development Organisation (KOSGEB), Istanbul Municipality Natural Gas Distribution Company (IGDAS), Izmir Development Agency, the British Embassy in Ankara, Orta Dogu Technopark A.S. (METUTECH), Cyberpark, TEMSA, several Directorates General of the Prime Ministry, regional businessmen and industrialists federations and associations throughout Turkey, among others.
Projects include the assessment of the innovation system, policies and programmes in Turkey, research, development and implementation of public sector innovation, development of a model for regional innovation centres, the Izmir regional innovation strategy pilot project, design of the regional innovation strategy for Mersin, development of an innovation-based energy cluster in the Cukurova region, assessment of R&D environment in universities, the IPR regime legislation and its implementation, and venture capital environment in Turkey, and metrology, standards, testing and quality systems in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Hungary and Turkey.
Technopolis Turkey also takes part in European Commission projects including the INNO-Policy TrendChart, ERAWATCH, the EUROMED Innovation and Technology Programme, Monitoring European Trends in Social Sciences and Humanities and Progress in Higher Education Reform Across Europe: Governance and Finance.
